Most surveys are scheduled within two to three weeks of a first conversation. Winter is our busiest season for integration calendar work, so earlier notice helps. Urgent fault visits for retainer clients are handled inside the agreed response window.
Yes. The bench room sits in Salt Lake City, and we travel for surveys and cutovers across the United States. Travel is quoted separately and stated in the engagement letter before any work begins.
